- Supervising and Managing Personnel: Overseeing construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements.
- Ensuring Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinating Resources: Managing the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Monitoring Project Progress: Tracking the progress of construction activities, identifying potential delays or issues, and communicating updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintaining Documentation: Keeping accurate records of work completed, safety reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Communicating Effectively: Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any on-site issues.
- Interpreting Plans and Specifications: Understanding and ensuring work is completed according to project plans and building codes.
