The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-mounted solar projects. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely and compliant project completion.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar projects from initiation to commissioning
- Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines using project management tools
- Liaise with procurement, civil, and electrical teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain documentation for statutory compliance (ESIC, GST, labor laws, etc.)
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-ground issues
- Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders
- Support in vendor evaluation and contract management
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Bachelor�s degree Electrical in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 2�4 years of experience in solar project coordination (ground mount preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of solar EPC processes and regulatory compliance
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple project sites
