Sr. Design Engineer.

Position: Sr. Design Engineer

Location: Pimpri MIDC ,Pune

Requisites:

Principal Responsibility :

ï‚· To support Project leader and team.

ï‚· Prepare design and documents with accuracy and in time.

ï‚· Punch your man-hour bookings in software daily religiously and accurately.

ï‚· Teach product deep features to juniors through discussions with other team members.

ï‚· Attend various new product and skill trainings.

ï‚· Develop high competency in product knowledge and designing techniques.

ï‚· Check your design outputs through template before releasing to customer.

ï‚· Help project leaders for planning and monitoring of projects.

ï‚· Develop design plan for the projects to be executed.

ï‚· Attend meetings with customers, end customers, suppliers, consultants as and when required

ï‚· Attend weekly project review meeting with concern team members

ï‚· Highlight concerns time to time to project leaders, concern department head and management.

ï‚· Visit customer, end customer, vendors place as required.

ï‚· Coordination with all internal team members for smooth execution of project.

ï‚· Attend site visits, meetings for pre sale, and pre commissioning, commissioning and troubleshooting calls from customers

, Skills, Experience :

ï‚· Graduate in Diploma/BE Engineering in Mechanical.

ï‚· Min 7-10 yr experience in the field of designing of process equipment's like- boilers, Pressure Vessels , heat exchangers, steel structure, piping, ducts etc.

ï‚· Good hands-on experience of IBR calculations, Thermal design, STAAD Pro, CEASER, AUTOCAD etc.

ï‚· Deep understanding of various codes- IBR/ASME sec 1/ ASME sec VIII/ IS 800/ BS31 & 31.3/PTC 4.1etc

ï‚· Through fundamentals of thermodynamics, heat transfer, structural analysis, piping analysis, fluid dynamics, metallurgy, instrumentation and control, electrical etc.

ï‚· Very good understanding of manufacturing, erection, and transportation techniques for Boiler part ,pressure vessels, steel structure etc.

ï‚· Have skill to work in team and guide team members &Very good communication skill in Marathi, English
