We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in label & sticker design and a strong background in the printing industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in design software like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with knowledge of printing plates, color separation, and team management.- Design high-quality labels, stickers, and packaging materials as per client specifications and print requirements.
- Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and color modes (CMYK/RGB).
- Ensure alignment with printing processes such as offset, flexo, and digital printing.
- Coordinate with the production and plate-making team for design approval and plate output.
- Manage a team of junior designers; review and guide their work to ensure quality and deadlines.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and develop creative solutions.
- Maintain consistency in branding and design across all materials.
- Troubleshoot any design-related issues during the print process.
- Stay updated on new design trends, printing technologies, and materials.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphics designing, preferably in a printing/packaging company.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
- Strong understanding of printing plates, color matching, dielines, and print file setup.
- Knowledge of label/sticker materials, adhesives, and finishing techniques is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading a design team and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
