We are looking for a dedicated
HR Executive who will be responsible for handling Legal & Statutory Compliance across our outlets and production units. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HR activities are legally compliant and aligned with labour laws and company policy.- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.)
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Handle employee contracts, renewals, terminations, and legal notices.
- Coordinate with external consultants for compliance audits and inspections.
- Liaise with government departments and labour offices as required.
- Support internal HR functions like payroll processing and attendance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HRMS/legal documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory norms.
- Bachelor�s/Master�s degree in HR, Law, or related field.
- 2�4 years of experience in HR with a focus on legal/statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-location compliance.
