Sr. Project Engineer (Team Leader)

Essential Qualification & Specialization - B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation)

Nature of job / KRA / KPA

· Manage work distribution among the team members

· Monitoring and ensuring Timely execution of Project orders.

· Drive improvement activities in department to reducing lead time for getting manufacturing clearance from customer.

· Preparing Product specification data sheets and QAP based on customer’s requirement.

· Submitting Document dossier to customers via email or portal.

· Interacting with EPC & Customers and Sales team to get Drawings and Technical Approvals and Manufacturing Clearance.

(EIL, BHEL, ONGC, TOYO, L&T, Jacobs, AKER, Technimount ICB, TATA Projects, etc.)

· Releasing Project orders for manufacturing

· Preparing / Arranging Testing, Certification, and documentation post manufacturing

· Coordinating with Third Party Inspection and Customer Inspection and get respective IRN.

· Attaining Dispatch Clearance / MDCC for Projects orders.

· Submit final document sets to the customer and obtain project completion certificate.

· Providing project progress reports to the customers

· Coordination with planning and purchase department and keeping track of project progress and expediting activities.

· Daily updating the project tracking sheet and review work of project engineers

Soft Skills requirement

Excellent English communication both written and verbal, computer savvy and proficient in Excel.

Negotiations with Customer.

Experience requirement

5 to 8 years in the same profile in

Other Preference: Preferred Location, Mehsana, Gandhinagar, Adalaj, Chandkheda, Kadi or within 25 km of Chhatral

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
