Store Manager(Female)

Job Title: Store Manager – Female (Minimum 2 Years’ Experience)

Location: Kanpur, Mirzapur

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (including PF & ESI benefits)

Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced female Store Manager with at least 2 years of retail management experience. You will lead and motivate a small team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and ensure seamless daily store operations. Strong communication and team-handling skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Based on industry-standard retail manager templates

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  
• Motivate, train, and guide team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  
• Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers.
  
• Execute merchandising strategies and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  
• Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with store policies, health, safety regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI).
  
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance appraisals.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or store management in a supervisory role.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership and coordination.
  
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic IT tools (e.g. MS Office).
  
• Ability to maintain composure in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce or related field.
  
• Experience with visual merchandising or promotional campaigns.
  
• Knowledge of retail analytics tools, budgeting, or e‑commerce integration.
