Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Subject Matter Expert (SME) – English to join our content development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills, along with a deep understanding of exam patterns for various government competitive exams such as Banking, SSC, UPSC, Railways, etc.This is a full-time,
in-house position based at our office in ECR, Pondicherry, and is best suited for candidates residing in or around Pondicherry.- Develop high-quality English content such as grammar rules, reading comprehension passages, vocabulary quizzes, error spotting, cloze tests, para jumbles, etc.
- Create mock test questions and detailed explanations aligned with the latest exam patterns
- Review and validate content for accuracy, clarity, and relevancy
- Research and stay updated with exam trends, syllabus changes, and question patterns
- Collaborate with the content and editorial teams for final content approval
- Assist in designing structured learning plans and video script development
- Qualification: MA in English / Journalism / related field
- Strong grasp of English grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills
- Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
- Prior experience in teaching or content development for competitive exams is a plus
