We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Technical Trainer with expertise in Computer Hardware, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), and Linux Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programs for students or working professionals.- Deliver in-depth technical training sessions on:
- Computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routing, switching)
- Operating Systems (Windows & Linux installation, configuration, and management)
- Linux fundamentals, shell scripting, user management, file systems, permissions, etc.
- Prepare training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments
- Customize content to suit the skill level of the trainees
- Provide post-training support and resolve learner queries
- Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with current industry standards
- Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in technical training or IT support/system administration
- Strong knowledge of:
- Computer hardware components and troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls
- Windows and Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Basic Linux commands, shell scripting, and system services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
- CompTIA A+ / Network+
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
