We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking
Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for parent/student enquiries, admission support, and general communication at Velammal Nexus Schools. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant voice, strong communication skills, and a student/parent-friendly attitude.- Make outbound calls to prospective parents regarding school admissions and share information about our campuses.
- Handle inbound calls and address queries related to academics, admissions, transport, and other general matters.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM/admission register with accurate lead details.
- Follow up with leads regularly and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Academic, Transport, Admin) to resolve parent concerns.
- Ensure a professional and courteous tone in all conversations to reflect the Velammal brand.
- Education: Any Graduate (Preferred � English, Mass Communication, BBA, MBA)
- Experience: 1�3 years in telecalling/customer support, preferably in the education or service sector
- Language: Fluent English (Mandatory); Tamil & Hindi (Added Advantage)
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Clear and pleasant telephone voice
- Active listening and problem-solving attitude
- Patience, professionalism, and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in school/college admissions or customer care is a plus
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience and communication skills)
