Job Summary:


Handles inbound and outbound phone calls to promote products, services, or gather customer feedback. They are the voice of the company, interacting directly with customers to build relationships, resolve issues, and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Making Outbound Calls:


Tele callers may make proactive calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information.


Handling Inbound Calls:


They may also answer incoming calls from customers who have questions, need support, or are interested in learning more about the company's offerings.


Building Relationships:


Tele callers build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.


Generating Leads:


They identify and qualify potential customers who may be interested in the company's products or services.


Closing Sales:


In some cases, tele callers may be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone.


Providing Customer Support:


They handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Maintaining Records:


Tele callers accurately document customer interactions, including call logs, notes, and any action items.


Following Scripts and Procedures:


They may be required to adhere to specific scripts and procedures when interacting with customers.


Staying Updated:


They need to stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends.


Required Skills:


Excellent Communication Skills: Tele callers need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.


Interpersonal Skills: They need to be able to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.


Persuasion Skills: In outbound calls, tele callers may need to be persuasive and convincing.


Problem-Solving Skills: They need to be able to identify and resolve customer issues.
