Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team or follow up on leads when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company�s reputation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Participate in training to improve knowledge and performance levels.


Requirements and Skills:


  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
