Educational Requirements


  • Minimum: High School (12th Pass)
  • Preferred: Graduate in any discipline


Experience


  • Freshers with strong communication skills are often welcome (0�2 years)
  • Or 1�3 years of relevant experience in telecalling/customer service for �junior†roles


Core Skills


  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities (in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages)
  • Active listening and empathy to understand customer needs
  • Persuasion and basic sales techniques
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Organized, punctual, and capable of working under pressure or meeting targets


Technical Proficiency


  • Basic computer literacy: MS Office, CRM systems, and call‑center tools
  • Comfortable entering data and updating customer information digitally


Additional (Preferred) Qualifications


  • Experience in BPO or similar setups, or certifications in customer service/telemarketing
  • Adaptable communication styles, depending on customer behavior or context
  • Familiarity with compliance norms, call scripting, or performance tracking tools (KPIs, conversion rates)
