Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Follow-up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
  • Provide accurate information and handle objections professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales or support teams if needed.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor�s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in [Languages � e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
