Job Summary:


We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented

Telecallers to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our products/services, and achieving assigned monthly sales targets through lead conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data or leads.
  • Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to generate interest.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales or admissions (as applicable).
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM.
  • Provide post-sales support when needed.
  • Report daily performance and lead status to the team leader.


Requirements:


  • Minimum education: Any Graduate
  • Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in [languages � e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Target-driven mindset with persistence and a positive attitude.
  • Time management and good follow-up skills

  • Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
