Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and assisting the sales team with follow-ups. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a professional and fast-paced environment.- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products.
- Handle inbound queries professionally and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.
- Support sales and marketing teams in achieving monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or issues promptly.
- Coordinate appointments or meetings if needed.
- Good verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a persuasive personality
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer support is a plus
Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
