URGENT HIRING - Sales coordinator

Pulz Electronics ( www.pulz.co.in) is urgently hiring a

• Sales Support & Coordination:
  
• Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and clients for product inquiries, quotations, and order updates.
  
• Track sales targets and ensure timely updates to the management.
  
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales data.
  
• Order Processing:
  
• Manage end-to-end order processing � from PO receipt to dispatch coordination.
  
• Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Client Communication:
  
• Respond to inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  
• Handle after-sales support and basic technical queries for audio products like amplifiers and speakers.
  
• Documentation:
  
• Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and sales reports.
  
• Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment follow-ups.
  
• Inventory Coordination:
  
• Check stock levels, coordinate product availability with the warehouse/production team.
  
• Update sales team on stock movement and estimated delivery timelines.
  
• Marketing Support:
  
• Assist in preparing catalogs, datasheets, and presentation material for audio product lines.
  
• Coordinate trade shows, demos, and client presentations.
  

• Knowledge of audio equipment like amplifiers, loudspeakers, audio processors, etc.
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP is added advantage.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up abilities.
  
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  

• Bachelor�s Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. Electronics preferred)
  
• Diploma in Electronics/Audio Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
  

• Prior experience in companies like Pulz Electronics, Bose, JBL, Yamaha, or Indian pro-audio equipment companies.
  
• Understanding of installation environments: cinema, auditoriums, events, etc.
  
• Familiarity with channel sales, retail, and project sales models.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,673.45 - ₹31,721.99 per month
