Sales Zonal Head - North India
· Responsible for sales expansion across in Telangana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, W. Bengal, Orissa & North East and expand new channels
· Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with national goals and achieve sales targets
· Develop distributor/dealer network
· Lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers and drive business through data.
· Drive primary and secondary sales across general trade across the zone
· Monitor and optimize distribution networks, retail visibility, and merchandising standards
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy
· Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational SOPs
· Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for seamless execution
· Prepare zonal budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
· The candidate must be based out of Hyderabd and with vast experience in handling business across the geography
· Propose schemes and other business expansion strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
