- Handle post-sales client interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Assess incoming calls to determine immediate resolution, escalation, or follow-up
- Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and treating each case individually
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide accurate and empathetic communication regarding company policies and services
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the after-sales process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Experience in internal coordination across departments
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
