Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports to support project objectives. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
