Area Sales Officer For North Bengal from Agicultre backgroud only

Job Location: North Bengal

â— Sales & marketing of Agriculture fertilizer.

â— Customer visit, understanding of requirement, project estimation, formulating techno-commercial proposal

â— Networking with Influencers (Dealers, Sub dealers, Farmers, Project Consultants)

â— Gathering Project information from various resources.

â— Convert project information in enquiry.

â— Prepare estimated offer sheet.

â— Read various tender to find out suitable tender for Organization.

â— Prepared check list before participate in tender.

â— Client follow ups.

â— Market scanning & gathering suitable database.

â— Follow up with old clients for new business.

â— Brand Promotion.

â— Daily reporting to immediate manager & update on progress

â— Payment Collection from the market

â— Organize Influencers meet

â— Basic knowledge of understanding Sales & Marketing method.

â— Good Presentation skill.

â— Negotiation skill

â— Customer service

â— Good convincing skill

â— Presentable

Technical Competencies: Commercial acumen, knowledge of sales processes, product and market segment knowledge

1) Graduate in Agriculture

(Minimal Required)

0-2 years experience in sales.

Preferably Agriculture Fertilizer sales.

Good convincing skills.

Ability to meet targets in set deadlines.

Team work

Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market.
