- B2B Sales through dealers, distributors, and retail counters
- Handling team of sales executives.
- Building strong network, assisting sales persons in various field sales activities while achieving own sales targets
- Acting as a bridge between the Management team and secondary sales persons
- Travelling to different parts of the country to generate sales
- Resolving any grievances arising with distributors/dealers
- Deal in products like locks and architectural hardware and achieve sales targets
- Bachelors degree required
- Industry preferred: Locks/Architectural Hardware/Plywood/Paints/Building materials/ Laminates
- Candidate should be Jaipur based or willing to relocate to Jaipur
- Travel experience is mandatory
- Willing to travel to different states of India for 20-25 days in a month
- Team handling experience is must
- Two-wheeler vehicle with driving license is must
