Assistant Business Development Manager (Remote – Full-Time)

8MH Organic is a boutique vacation rental and property management company that helps farmhouses, villas, and unique experiential properties unlock their full potential. From intimate stays to film & photoshoot locations, event venue rentals, and weekend getaways — we help owners monetise underutilised spaces, while creating one-of-a-kind experiences for guests across India.

We’re now looking for a dynamic, strategy-driven professional to join our growing remote team and help us scale our footprint and impact across these verticals.


The Role


As our Assistant Marketing & Business Development Manager, you'll play a dual role in driving our marketing engine across B2C and B2B segments, and also supporting the acquisition of new properties. You will play a critical role in storytelling, brand building, and sustainable performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Growth Marketing & Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and influencer channels.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to build high-converting campaigns for stays, events, and shoot bookings.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, CTR, leads, and bookings.
  • Build email and WhatsApp automations for various guest segments.
  • Loyalty & Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Set up and manage loyalty and re-engagement programs for past guests and B2B clients.
  • Create customer lifecycle journeys and design seasonal offers.
  • Corporate & B2B Outreach:
  • Develop and manage partnerships with event planners, travel agents, and production houses.
  • Create outbound campaigns targeting key professionals to drive visibility for our properties.
  • Property Onboarding & Expansion:
  • Identify high-potential new homes and support their onboarding into our network.
  • Assist the Business Development team in creating pitch decks and launch campaigns.
  • Brand & Social Media Strategy:
  • Help shape the voice of 8MH across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Work with the founder and social media executive to align brand themes and content calendars.
  • Reporting & Optimisation:
  • Maintain performance dashboards and suggest regular optimisations for our marketing channels.


Who You Are


  • 2�5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, real estate, travel, or creative services.
  • Proven track record of running successful campaigns with measurable results (leads, bookings, revenue uplift).
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms, performance marketing metrics, and growth funnels.
  • A team player comfortable working with vendors, creators, and partners.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment.
