As Assistant Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store standards, supporting team performance, and ensuring a refined customer experience aligned with anantam’s brand values.

• Customer Service Excellence: Support the floor team in delivering personalized, high-quality service to every client.
  
• Team Coordination: Assist in supervising and guiding sales associates to meet daily sales targets and performance standards.
  
• Operational Support: Help manage day-to-day retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, POS handling, and cash management.
  
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual displays are maintained in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
  
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment, and assist in stock audits.
  
• Sales Contribution: Actively participate in achieving store sales goals and assist in implementing promotional strategies.
  
• Training Support: Help train new hires and provide ongoing support and motivation to the floor team.
  

• Prior experience in luxury, premium retail, ethnic wear preferably in fashion or lifestyle segments
  
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  
• Leadership potential with the ability to manage and motivate small teams
  
• A good sense of fashion and styling to represent the brand appropriately
  
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and accountability
  
• Comfortable using retail technology and POS systems
