· Identify & Locate New Clients through Word of Mouth, Cold Calling, Business Groups as well as other methods such as LinkedIn & other Social Media.
· Set Up Appointments with Key Decision Makers of Potential Clients.
· Assist & Accompany the Chief Executive Officer during Client Meetings & Presentations.
· Ensure Timely & Accurate Submission of BoQ’s & Proposals to the Client.
· Deliver Profitable Top-line Revenue in line with Set Targets & Objectives.
· Compile & Analyse Competition Movement & Strategies, Sales Figures & Communicate Insights & Findings to the Management.
· Create a “Knowledge Base†for the role by Documenting Processes, Learnings, Actions & Winning strategies.
· Work closely with the Operations Team during Scoping Potential Client Sites, Preparing P&L’s to arrive at the “Right Pricing†for the Client & during Mobilization / Execution after WINNING the Contract.
· Effective Cross Functional Collaboration with the Operations Team to ensure smooth Execution & Clear Ownership over each part of the process until the handover is completed to the Operations Team.
