What we expect

Assist in training of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of elevators, escalators, and other vertical transport systems.

Engage in continuous learning to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.

Conduct both classroom-based and practical training sessions for elevator. technicians, covering topics such as electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, safety procedures, elevator codes, and preventative maintenance.

Evaluate the competency of trainees through written and practical tests, providing feedback and guidance to ensure they meet established standards.

Offer ongoing mentorship and support to trainees, helping them develop their skills and confidence in the field.

Continuously research and learn about new elevator technologies, safety regulations, and industry best practices to incorporate into training programs.

Work closely with engineering teams, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with company needs and objectives.

Emphasize and enforce safety protocols throughout all training activities, ensuring trainees understand and adhere to relevant regulations.

Extensive knowledge of elevator systems, including electrical and mechanical components, control systems, and safety devices.

Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a technical field.

Ability to analyze technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and guide trainees in finding effective solution.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to instill a strong safety culture in trainees.

Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of trainees.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related technical field.

8–10 years of experience as technical trainer.

Background of elevator industry is added advantage.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Confidence speaking to large groups and leading workshops.

Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.

Experience in designing technical course content.
