The Counterparty Manager Operations team is committed to providing a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. We focus on entity management and data control, collaborating closely with clients to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Our team values efficiency and aims to deliver exceptional service while simplifying complex processes. Counterparty Manager is an essential tool that enables buy-side and sell-side counterparts to streamline client onboarding and automate the sharing of regulatory data with bodies such as ISDA, FATCA, EMIR, and ASIC. It also facilitates FATCA compliance by allowing clients to upload and share various documents, including W-8, W-8BEN-E, and other necessary forms, ensuring smooth contracting processes and enhancing compliance and risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
Night Shift Role only- 7 PM to 4 AM IST
Experience in KYC, client onboarding, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
Basic data analysis skills, with a working knowledge of MS Excel.
Familiarity with Salesforce and collaboration tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented and task-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
Exposure to investment banking data operations or client support roles through internships or apprenticeships.
Basic understanding of ISDA regulations and compliance management gained during training.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a global team environment.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
