Job Title: Badminton Coach cum Manager – Sales & Incentives

Job Summary:


Looking for Full-Time certified Badminton Coach, who can dedicate 8 hours daily for training sessions. Should be experienced, disciplined, and capable of training players across .


Preferably someone with experience training both beginners and intermediate players.


Key Responsibilities:1. Coaching Responsibilities (50%)


  • Conduct daily badminton training sessions for beginner to intermediate levels.
  • Create and implement training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Evaluate players' progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Organize internal tournaments, talent scouting events, and player assessments.
  • Ensure a safe and disciplined training environment.


2. Sales & Marketing Responsibilities (30%)


  • Promote academy programs to prospective students and parents.
  • Drive sales of badminton equipment, memberships, and coaching packages.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, social media promotions, and local outreach.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for academy admissions and merchandise.


3. Incentive & Customer Relationship Management (20%)


  • Develop incentive structures for student referrals, parent engagement, and team performance.
  • Track performance metrics for staff, players, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents, schools, and sports vendors.
  • Manage customer feedback and implement service improvements.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor�s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field.
  • Certified Badminton Coach (preferred: BWF Level 1 or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience and 1�2 years in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sports and business development.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and lead small teams.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
