Role Overview:


We’re seeking a dynamic and creative

Brand Manager with a strong background in branding, marketing communication, and digital presence. This person will play a key role in shaping and managing the brand identity of Techpaathshala, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful visibility across channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Work closely with the social media, design, and marketing teams to drive brand campaigns
  • Plan and manage brand events, collaborations, and PR activities
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience insights to strengthen brand positioning
  • Oversee content strategy for digital campaigns, website, and promotional materials
  • Maintain and enhance brand image through both online and offline presence
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors for brand initiatives


Requirements:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or a similar role
  • Proven experience in handling branding campaigns and digital presence
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, design, and storytelling
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with digital tools and analytics platforms, along with a strong understanding of emerging social media trends
