We’re hiring a
Business Development & Team Manager to lead coordination between clients and our photography/film team, drive growth, and maintain our brand presence both online and offline.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage in-house crew scheduling and coordination
- Generate new business leads, especially for offline events (focus on North India)
- Collaborate with the creative team and maintain strong internal relationships
- Represent Yellow Window in meetings and events with confidence and professionalism
- Keep the brand active and relevant on social media
- Handle client presentations and conversions using strong communication skills
- Must be based in Hyderabad (in-office role only)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Telugu is a plus)
- Graduation is required (MBA/Marketing/Media preferred)
- Strong personality and a professional presence
- Passion for the creative field is a big advantage
