- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities via calls, social media, field visits, and networking.
- Guide the team in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and ensure clear communication of service offerings.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of team sales activities and customer interactions.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required.
- Address escalated customer concerns, provide solutions, and support team members in handling feedback.
- Report regularly to management on team performance and feedback.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Proven ability to lead a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
- Quick learner with a strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Organized, target-driven, and capable of multitasking.
