Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor live CCTV footage and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
  • Operate and maintain surveillance equipment in good working condition.
  • Review recorded footage as and when requested for investigations or audits.
  • Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate with the on-ground security team for immediate response.
  • Ensure the security system is functioning and notify technical staff in case of malfunctions.
  • Assist in preparing incident reports with time-stamped footage evidence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance-related data and recordings.
  • Follow company protocols and legal requirements for surveillance and data storage.
  • Participate in regular training and drills related to security operations.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Diploma in electronics/security.
  • 1�3 years of experience in CCTV surveillance or security operations.
  • Familiarity with CCTV hardware/software and basic troubleshooting.
  • Good observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
