Center Head to lead our center operations, drive student admissions, and manage a passionate team of educators and counsellors.- Lead the day-to-day operations of the IDEA center and ensure smooth functioning.
- Convince and build relationships with external counsellors, consultants, and educational partners to generate student referrals.
- Communicate effectively with potential students and parents to provide course and career guidance.
- Drive admission targets and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly student intake goals.
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with leads through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Oversee faculty, admin, and support staff to maintain quality delivery and student satisfaction.
- Monitor academic performance and ensure high standards in student services and conduct.
- Conduct regular reports on admissions, student feedback, and center performance.
- Represent the institute in events, seminars, exhibitions, and tie-up activities.
- Bachelor�s degree (preferably in Management, Education, Design, or related fields).
- 2+ years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or center management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage targets, teams, and deadlines efficiently.
