We are seeking dedicated and compassionate
Staff Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our multidisciplinary hospital setup. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatment, collaborating with the medical team, and ensuring a safe, clean, and healing environment.- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status regularly.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, home care, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Participate in audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the respective State Nursing Council.
- BLS/ACLS certification (preferred for ICU/ER roles).
- Excellent clinical and patient care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
