Salary Range (Before Transport Deductions):
- Fresher: ₹2.4 LPA (₹16,000 In-hand)
- 7�12 Months Experience: ₹2.6 LPA (₹18,000 In-hand)
- 12+ Months Experience: ₹2.8 LPA (₹21,000 In-hand)
- Provide customer support to e-commerce customers via chat.
- Use tools like MS Word and Excel efficiently to resolve queries.
- Handle chats promptly and ensure resolution within SLA.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Communicate fluently in English (Verbal & Written).
- Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Take ownership of issues and follow up for closure.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic Operating System functions and system navigation.
