We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Civil Foreman to oversee construction activities and manage the daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on civil construction knowledge, and the ability to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure that construction activities are carried out according to design, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress of construction work and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment) efficiently to meet daily work targets.
- Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Resolve problems and delays on-site in a timely manner.
- Inspect work to ensure quality control standards are met.
- 10th / 12th / Bachelor�s Arts & science / ITI or equivalent.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong Knowledge of all layout structure & finishing work.
