About the jobKey responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships
2. Understand client needs, goals, and KPIs and provide timely and effective solutions
3. Ensure smooth onboarding, consistent communication, and timely responses via email, phone, and team chats
4. Handle queries, resolve complaints, and address client concerns with urgency and professionalism
5. Maintain strong client engagement and satisfaction to ensure retention and renewals
6. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to upsell or cross-sell services
7. Conduct product or service demonstrations and communicate value effectively
8. Meet or exceed sales KPIs including monthly revenue targets of 3 Lakh
9. Schedule and conduct at least 3 in-person meetings or 5 online meetings daily
10. Drive add-on service sales and upgrades as per client needs
11. Coordinate project requirements between clients and internal teams such as Technical, SEO, and Content
12. Ensure campaigns are on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
13. Keep internal teams informed about client feedback, concerns, and requests
14. Monitor ongoing campaign performance and assist in implementing adjustments when needed
15. Share regular updates and campaign performance reports with clients
16. Collect client feedback for ongoing improvement
17. Manage contract renewals and extensions and explore opportunities for service expansion
18. Contribute to maintaining high client retention rates through strong relationship management
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
2. Pleasing personality, confident, and professional attitude
3. Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organization under pressure
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
6. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
