Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Communication Skills Trainers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering structured communication training sessions to school students across Hyderabad. Whether you’re a full-time educator, a freelancer, or someone looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity, this role gives you the chance to make a real impact on young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive communication skills sessions in schools (grades 1 to 12).
  
• Focus areas include: public speaking, group discussions, listening skills, vocabulary building, body language, storytelling, and everyday conversation.
  
• Encourage student participation through activities, role-plays, and group exercises.
  
• Assess student engagement and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Submit session reports and feedback to the Zenvo Skills team.
  
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to adapt and improve content if needed.

Who Can Apply

• Individuals passionate about teaching and communication.
  
• Prior experience in training, public speaking, teaching, or facilitation is preferred.
  
• Excellent command of spoken English.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and classroom management abilities.
  
• Willingness to travel to different schools within Hyderabad.
  
• Ability to engage and motivate school students effectively.

Job Types Available

• Full-Time: Conduct sessions across multiple schools on a regular schedule.
  
• Part-Time: Work a few hours a day/week based on your availability.
  
• Freelance: Work on a project/session basis when needed.

Compensation

Performance-Based Pay: Your earnings will be based on session quality, student feedback, attendance, and impact. High-performing trainers will be eligible for bonuses and longer-term opportunities.
