We are seeking a passionate
Community Journalist to cover hyper-local news, events, and stories that matter to specific neighborhoods or communities. The role involves reporting on social issues, civic developments, human interest stories, and local achievements.- Research and write news articles focused on local communities.
- Conduct interviews with residents, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Attend local events and provide timely, factual coverage.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships within the community.
- Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Strong writing, reporting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local culture, language, and issues.
- Photography or video skills are a plus.
