We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site, manage workers, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety compliance.
- Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site.
- Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor and manage site workers and labor productivity.
- Ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness are maintained.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with the project manager.
- Manage materials and minimize wastage.
- Address any issues or delays on-site promptly.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting.
