Responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging and relevant content—including reels, memes, and other visual content—to increase brand visibility and engagement across media platforms.

• Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content, including reels, videos, and other multimedia, to effectively showcase our brand and courses on social media platforms.
  
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, popular memes, and pop culture to maintain the freshness and relevance of our content for our target audience.
  
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative content strategies that align with the brand's overall objectives.
  
• Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to pivot content strategies in response to changing media trends and audience preferences.
  
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content and reels, making data-driven decisions to improve future content creation and marketing strategies.
  
• Embrace flexibility, accept constructive criticism, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  
• Possess an in-depth understanding of social media marketing principles and a comprehensive knowledge of how different platforms operate to maximize the impact of our content.
  
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all media channels to maintain brand integrity and recognition.
  

• Bachelor�s degree or any degree in marketing, communications, multimedia, or a related field preferred.
  
• Experience in creating and managing engaging content, particularly in the form of reels and visual media, for social media platforms.
  
• Proficiency in using a camera is a must. Knowledge of graphic design software is preferred but not mandatory.
  
• A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation is highly desirable.
