Course Content Creator

This is a contract-based opportunity offered through PENNEP, supporting a leading client in the Edtech space. As a Course content Creator, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, learner-focused digital courses that align with pedagogical best practices and market demand. You’ll work closely with instructional experts, counselors, and product teams to craft content that is innovative, accessible, and impactful. This role is ideal for creative educators and content strategists who are passionate about transforming education through technology and storytelling.

• Design and develop engaging course content, including outlines, modules, assessments, and multimedia elements.
  
• Align all materials with learning objectives, audience needs, and instructional design principles.
  
• Use interactive features, storytelling, and real-world examples to boost learner engagement.
  
• Collaborate with Senior Counselors and instructional designers to refine course structure and delivery.
  
• Gather and apply feedback from learners and experts to improve course effectiveness.
  
• Coordinate with tech and product teams to ensure smooth content integration into the platform.
  
• Research learner personas, industry trends, and competitor content to guide course creation.
  
• Customize content for various formats like microlearning, video, and AI-based modules.
  
• Ensure all materials are accessible and inclusive for diverse learner needs.
  
• Review content for clarity, consistency, and learning impact.
  
• Pilot innovative tools and formats (e.g., LEO AI) to enhance the learning experience.
  
• Stay current with EdTech trends and apply best practices in digital education.
  

• Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field.
  
• 1+ years of experience in course creation, curriculum development, or digital content strategy.
  
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a focus on learner engagement.
  
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, course authoring tools, and multimedia production.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
