Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle inquiries, coordinate with prospective clients, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. This role is critical to building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communications. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Assist in scheduling and confirming site visits for interested customers. Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records of interactions. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support lead conversions. Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain an updated CRM with all customer interactions and feedback. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or telecalling; experience in real estate preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Confident telephone etiquette and a customer-first attitude. Proficiency in using basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong follow-up skills.
