Customer Support Executives for our voice process in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer queries over calls, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, as well as a minimum of 6 months of experience in a relevant domain (customer service, sales, administration, etc.).
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in any field
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (both mandatory)
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day shifts only)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- CTC: ₹24,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Additional performance-based incentives
