Customer Support Agent - FEMALE Candidate- Madipakkam

Location: Madipakkam, Chennai

Timing – 9.30 to 2.30 PM and 5.00 to 8.30 PM (Work from Clinic)

Days: Monday to Saturday

Reporting: Marketing Team lead and Doctor

We are looking for a passionate and energetic person to help grow the business at Skin Clinic. Your main role is to connect with patients, support our marketing efforts, and help bring more customers to the clinic. You will work closely with the clinic staff and doctors to improve patient satisfaction, increase brand awareness, and drive more procedure bookings.

• Follow up with patients after their visit to ask for Google reviews.
  

• Offer to help them write the review by sharing a draft message with important keywords.
  

• Share the Google review link directly.
  

• If the patient is unhappy, collect feedback and share with the clinic team.
  

• Target: Minimum 100 positive reviews every month.
  

• Review the daily appointment list and identify customers who may be interested in procedures.
  

• Reach out to them via WhatsApp or calls to explain procedure benefits and offers.
  

• Coordinate with clinic staff to book procedure slots.
  

• Make sure videos are taken (with patient consent) for marketing use.
  

• Follow up with past patients to remind them about their next visit or procedure session.
  

• Ensure patients complete their treatment plans and stay connected with the clinic.
  

• Monitor leads coming through the clinic website.
  

• Call or message them quickly to convert into confirmed bookings.
  

• Track conversions and ensure proper follow-up until treatment is done.
  

• Identify popular male and female influencers from Chennai.
  

• Invite them for free treatments in exchange for promotion.
  

• Arrange video interviews with doctors for reels and social media content.
  

• Reach out to high-value patients and request short video feedback.
  

• Offer a thank-you gift (free product or service).
  

• Collect consent and upload video via website form for marketing use.
  

• Help grow Sky Clinic�s presence on Instagram and other social platforms.
  

• Share clinic updates and success stories via WhatsApp marketing.
  

• Increase likes, shares, followers, and overall engagement.
  

• Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
  

• Friendly and patient-focused approach
  

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Google tools
  

• Willing to call and follow up with patients regularly
