We are hiring candidates for our International Voice Process to support UK-based clients. This is a voice-based customer support role that requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a willingness to work in night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Handle UK-based customer queries via voice support
Provide timely and accurate resolutions
Maintain customer satisfaction with a professional and courteous approach
Log all interactions and update internal systems as per standard process
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Comfortable working night shifts and rotational week-offs
