Cybersecurity expert(BFSI Sector)

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in handling cybersecurity programs, threat analysis, and incident response. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector and be well-versed in implementing security measures and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to enhance security posture.
  

• Design and implement robust security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and antivirus tools.
  
• Ensure systems are hardened and configured to meet security standards and compliance requirements.
  

• Continuously monitor systems and network activity using SIEM and other monitoring tools.
  
• Detect and analyze anomalous behavior, system breaches, and attack patterns.
  

• Respond to and investigate security incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, and insider threats.
  
• Document root cause analysis and coordinate remediation efforts.
  

• Develop, update, and enforce organizational security policies and procedures.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, RBI guidelines, PCI DSS).
  

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with mandatory exposure in the BFSI sector.
  
• Proven knowledge of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and best practices.
  
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to BFSI.
  
• Experience in threat modeling, incident response, and policy enforcement.
  

• Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
  
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SIEM, firewalls, antivirus solutions, and endpoint protection.
  
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer will be an added advantage.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
