Position: Demand Generation Specialist
Location: Kharadi, Pune


Requisites:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or sales development roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Knowledge of the B2B industry and its specific challenges would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, social media, and database mining.
  • Prospecting: Utilize outbound calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels to engage with potential leads and generate interest in our products/services.
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure they meet the company's target criteria and have a genuine interest in our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute personalized lead nurturing strategies, including drip campaigns, content marketing, webinars, and other engagement activities, to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track, measure, and analyse lead generation activities and outcomes to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to effectively position our products/services and identify new lead generation opportunities.
