Requisites:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or sales development roles.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize lead generation efforts.
Knowledge of the B2B industry and its specific challenges would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, social media, and database mining.
Prospecting: Utilize outbound calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels to engage with potential leads and generate interest in our products/services.
Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure they meet the company's target criteria and have a genuine interest in our offerings.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute personalized lead nurturing strategies, including drip campaigns, content marketing, webinars, and other engagement activities, to move leads through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
Reporting and Analytics: Track, measure, and analyse lead generation activities and outcomes to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay Updated: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to effectively position our products/services and identify new lead generation opportunities.
