• Education Qualification : Diploma/BE/B-Tech (Mechanical Engineering).
  
• Experience : 10 to 15 Years
  
• Additional Knowledge Required:
  

+ Basic Computer knowledge

+ Project planning and execution

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance:
  
• To plan, get clearance, organize the modification work to be done, execute the job in order to ensure smooth running with cost effectiveness.
  
• Project work planning and execution:
  
• To handle different complaints related to Utility Equipment and to provide guidelines to subordinates to resolve them and to facilitate them where ever required.
  
• Training: To impart training to the sub-ordinates, technical and mandatory. Also to guide them wherever needed to complete their task or job and along with it get some input from them in form of feedback and identify the training need of the sub-ordinates.
  
• Technical know-how and guidance:
  
• Manpower utilization and planning:
  
• Motivation and team building:
  
• Spares management: To identify critical spares, define safety stock levels and ensure availability of spare parts by coordinating with purchase department. To control the inventory so as to cut down the spares cost.
  
• Administration within the department: Manage and allocate manpower for regular shifts, weekly off days, during PH and for any project or special jobs.
  
• Safety and Housekeeping:
  
• Energy consumption monitoring and control: To control and monitor energy supply and consumption of all the utility equipment and its proper utilization.
