- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage and optimize the company�s website, landing pages, and e-commerce store (SEO/SEM)
- Run email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage and convert customers
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging digital content
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others
- Plan and execute social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage paid ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Identify digital trends and insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with retail and sales teams to align online promotions with in-store campaigns
- Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
